Is there a monthly fee or paid plan?

No. Employer and Freelancer accounts are free. Employers pay only for the work they order, and freelancers pay a commission only when an order is completed.

Who pays the commission?

The freelancer. It is deducted from the order amount when the payment is released. Employers pay exactly the price shown on the gig, offer, proposal or hire offer.

How do top-up bonuses work?

Top up your Deposit Wallet with one of the offer amounts and the bonus is added on top as soon as your payment is confirmed. Other amounts get the bonus percentage of the highest offer they reach. Amounts below the lowest offer do not get a bonus.

Can I withdraw the top-up bonus?

No. The bonus is promotional credit in your Deposit Wallet. Use it for gig orders, hire offers, featured projects and tasks. The bonus cannot be withdrawn or refunded, and Deposit Wallet money cannot be withdrawn as earnings.
